Hello, I’m Molly Salas, President & CEO of SBA Services. I founded SBA Services in 1996, when my children were young, to create a career path that allowed me the flexibility to spend more time with them. By that time, I had already earned a college degree and accumulated years of experience in accounting, which I channeled into building a trusted accounting service. Now, my children are grown and thriving.  (See the pictures below).


With over 30 years of experience across Public Accounting, as well as Private and Government sectors, I bring extensive expertise in Bookkeeping, Accounting, QuickBooks, Payroll, and Taxation. Holding degrees in both Accounting and Business, I am dedicated to empowering clients through comprehensive financial solutions and practical business education.


I am passionate about building meaningful relationships and helping businesses grow from the ground up. My goal is to make bookkeeping and accounting simple and accessible, empowering business owners and their teams to confidently understand financial statements, master bookkeeping, and beyond. Leveraging my background in business education, I focus on making financial management a valuable and approachable tool for long-term success.
